Psychodynamic therapy is based on the idea that our present experiences are shaped not only by what is happening today, but also by earlier relationships, life experiences, and ways of adapting that may now be operating outside of awareness. Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, we work together to understand the deeper emotional patterns influencing your life. That understanding can create more freedom, flexibility, and lasting change.

Therapy is a unique relationship, and finding someone you feel comfortable with matters. During our consultation, you'll have the opportunity to ask questions, tell me a little about what's bringing you in, and get a sense of how I work.
